Our Services & Commitments
We provide digital marketing services to home service professionals, including Google Business Profile optimization, Strategic Facebook Management, Local Service Ads management, and Local Print & Distribution.
Performance Disclaimer: While our strategies are proven and grown on results, digital marketing involves variables outside of our direct control, including search engine algorithm updates and competitor actions. Therefore, Local Home Services cannot guarantee specific search rankings, lead volumes, or financial returns on investment.
Exclusivity: We operate on a strict exclusivity rule. We will not partner with multiple businesses in the exact same industry within the same service area.
No Long-Term Contracts: We do not lock our clients into long-term, binding written contracts. We operate on a verbal 90-day commitment to allow sufficient time to build your foundation and show a profitable return.
Right to Terminate: Because we require a strong, collaborative relationship with our partners, we reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a partnership at any time if we determine the relationship is no longer a good fit for our agency or our local community.
The Trusted Partner Referral Program
This program is an exclusive, free value-add for our active marketing clients. While we strive to provide high-quality leads, we do not guarantee a specific volume of leads, nor do we charge extra for them.
Google Guaranteed Badge Disclaimer
For clients utilizing our LSA Management, we handle the complex onboarding and paperwork required to apply for the Google Guaranteed badge. However, we cannot guarantee you will receive or keep this badge, as the final decision is strictly controlled by Google's internal requirements.
